The one we met just gave us advice, looked at our house and told us: "you'll have no problem to sell on your own" - he was right! He gave us info about: http://www.jenman.com.au/ and gave us some very good advice. So, there are some very nice real estate agents out there, if you're not brave enough to try on your own! it’s sold to a very nice couple… so, we’re very happy :)
